Filling of Internal Grades for class XII (2020-21)

Following subjects are offered by CBSE for filling the internal assessment Grades. Three subjects are taken for internal grades. These subjects are assessed once in a year. This assessment is only for 10+1 and 10+2 classes.

List of courses for class 12
Details of Academic subjects, Internal Grade subjects and skill subjects is given below.
English is the compulsory academic subject and students have to select any four academic subject other than English.

Skill Subjects: These subjects are optional for the students. Students can select any one subject from the skill subject. It is the 6th subject. If a student fail in any of the main elective subject then marks of  that elective subject can be replaced with the skill subject and the student will be declared as pass.

Schedule for the Conduct of Practical Examination for CBSE Classes X and XII
School can conduct the practical examination project work and fill internal assessment marks from 1/3/2021 to 11/06/2021 only.

Answer books will be sent to the RO at the end of all the practical examinations.

School's can fill the marks of about 100 students in one day.

If practical lasts for two days or more then marks will be uploaded after the completion of all the batches.

Observer report can be filled after the complete practical.

 Q. Lab Photo is not uploading?

Ans. Please take geo-tagged photo by enabling GPS of your smart phone. Also ensure that photo size should be under 2MB. File can be either JPG or JPEG.

 Q. Showing error ‘INVALID COMBINATION’ while entering details for practical marks uploading?

Ans. Enter your details as mentioned at the time of creation the batch. If you still face difficulties, please send your batch ID on techhelp.cbse@gmail.com and use “Invalid Combination” as subject line.

Q. How to delete the batch.

Ans. It is not allowed to delete the batch once it created. School is requested to correct the details manually and get it endorsed by the principal at the time of uploading the file.

Q. What details should be entered in external examiner no. & school of a practical subject, where provision for external examiner has not given?

Ans: You are requested to fill the following details during batch creation in r/o all the Class XII subjects where provision of external examiner has not been mentioned in the circular:-
