Total Marks | 20 |
1.) Periodic Test Record :
A school should conduct three unit test throughout the year and at the year end select best two unit test out of three and find the average marks out of 10.
Sample sheet for compiling unit test record is shown below.

2. Multiple Assessment
Here I take three different assessment techniques Quiz, Worksheet test and Group Discussion. Multiple assessment is also be calculated from 5 marks.
Sample sheet for compiling Multiple Assessment record is shown below.
Internal Assessment | Multiple Assessment [5 marks]
R. No. | Students Name | Quiz | W. T. | G. D. | Total | Out of 5 |

W.T. : Worksheet Test
G.D. : Group Discussion
3. Record of Portfolio:
Teacher should prepare portfolio of the student's work throughout the year. This may include Note books of class work and home work , Regular Home Assignment, worksheets, Holiday Home Assignments, PPT, Charts, Performance in oral tests/quiz etc. Teacher may select 3, 4 best practices and make the evaluation record. Maximum marks for portfolio is 5.
Sample sheet for compiling Portfolio record is shown below.

HHA : Record of Holiday Home Assignment
4. Subject Enrichment :
This topic based on the depth of knowledge gained by the students throughout the year. This may include Maths Activities on the prescribed note books, models, and art integrated projects etc. Maximum marks for it is 5.
Sample sheet for compiling Subject Enrichment record is shown below.
Internal Assessment | Students Enrichment Activities [5 marks]

5. Final Internal Assessment
Final assessment is made by compiling all the above three reports i.e. Unit test record, Portfolio and subject enrichment.
Sample sheet for compiling Final Internal Assessment is shown below.
Internal Assessment | Final Internal Assessment
R. No. | Students Name | PT | MA | PF | SEA | Total |

PF : Portfolio
SEA : Subject Enrichment Activities
Compilation of Final Result
· Part A = 80 Marks,
· Part B = 20 Marks
· Total Marks = 100
Promotion Policy
For all the students, teacher should combine the marks obtained by the students in Part A and in Part B. If students got ≥ 33% marks after combining part A and Part B then students qualified for the next class.
Sample of final result sheet is shown below
